norsnet software package provides tool to identify unstructured loops in proteins, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install norsnet
norsnet is installed in your system.
Make ensure the norsnet package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep norsnet *
You will get with norsnet package name, version, architecture and description in a table
