node-rimraf software package provides Deep deletion (like rm -rf) module for Node.js, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install node-rimraf
node-rimraf is installed in your system.
Make ensure the node-rimraf package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep node-rimraf *
You will get with node-rimraf package name, version, architecture and description in a table
