nginx-extras-dbg software package provides nginx web/proxy server (extended version) - debugging symbols, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install nginx-extras-dbg
nginx-extras-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the nginx-extras-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep nginx-extras-dbg *
You will get with nginx-extras-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
