ndiswrapper-dkms software package provides Source for the ndiswrapper Linux kernel module (DKMS), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install ndiswrapper-dkms
ndiswrapper-dkms is installed in your system.
Make ensure the ndiswrapper-dkms package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep ndiswrapper-dkms *
You will get with ndiswrapper-dkms package name, version, architecture and description in a table
