How to Install nautilus software package in Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr)

nautilus software package provides file manager and graphical shell for GNOME, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install nautilus

nautilus is installed in your system.

Make ensure the nautilus package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep nautilus *

You will get with nautilus package name, version, architecture and description in a table
