mythimport software package provides Import On The Go recordings from MythExport, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install mythimport
mythimport is installed in your system.
Make ensure the mythimport package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep mythimport *
You will get with mythimport package name, version, architecture and description in a table
