myspell-de-de-oldspell software package provides German dictionary for myspell (old orthography), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install myspell-de-de-oldspell
myspell-de-de-oldspell is installed in your system.
Make ensure the myspell-de-de-oldspell package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep myspell-de-de-oldspell *
You will get with myspell-de-de-oldspell package name, version, architecture and description in a table
