multimedia-graphics software package provides Packages for making and editing artwork, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install multimedia-graphics
multimedia-graphics is installed in your system.
Make ensure the multimedia-graphics package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep multimedia-graphics *
You will get with multimedia-graphics package name, version, architecture and description in a table
