mplayer-skins software package provides Skins for the Mplayer package, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install mplayer-skins
mplayer-skins is installed in your system.
Make ensure the mplayer-skins package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep mplayer-skins *
You will get with mplayer-skins package name, version, architecture and description in a table
