mono-runtime-sgen software package provides Mono runtime - SGen, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install mono-runtime-sgen
mono-runtime-sgen is installed in your system.
Make ensure the mono-runtime-sgen package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep mono-runtime-sgen *
You will get with mono-runtime-sgen package name, version, architecture and description in a table
