mingw-ocaml software package provides ocaml-mingw-w64 transitional dummy package, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install mingw-ocaml
mingw-ocaml is installed in your system.
Make ensure the mingw-ocaml package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep mingw-ocaml *
You will get with mingw-ocaml package name, version, architecture and description in a table
