mgltools-scenario2 software package provides Python-based viewer of molecular structures, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install mgltools-scenario2
mgltools-scenario2 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the mgltools-scenario2 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep mgltools-scenario2 *
You will get with mgltools-scenario2 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
