mgltools-pybabel software package provides molecular structure file access and interpretation, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install mgltools-pybabel
mgltools-pybabel is installed in your system.
Make ensure the mgltools-pybabel package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep mgltools-pybabel *
You will get with mgltools-pybabel package name, version, architecture and description in a table
