mgltools-pmv-test software package provides Python-based Molecular Viewer (functionality tests), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install mgltools-pmv-test
mgltools-pmv-test is installed in your system.
Make ensure the mgltools-pmv-test package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep mgltools-pmv-test *
You will get with mgltools-pmv-test package name, version, architecture and description in a table
