medusa software package provides fast, parallel, modular, login brute-forcer for network services, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install medusa
medusa is installed in your system.
Make ensure the medusa package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep medusa *
You will get with medusa package name, version, architecture and description in a table
