mcp-account-manager-goa software package provides GNOME multi-protocol chat and call client (GOA plugin), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install mcp-account-manager-goa
mcp-account-manager-goa is installed in your system.
Make ensure the mcp-account-manager-goa package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep mcp-account-manager-goa *
You will get with mcp-account-manager-goa package name, version, architecture and description in a table
