mate-doc-utils software package provides collection of documentation utilities for the MATE project, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install mate-doc-utils
mate-doc-utils is installed in your system.
Make ensure the mate-doc-utils package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep mate-doc-utils *
You will get with mate-doc-utils package name, version, architecture and description in a table
