lzd-dbg software package provides Educational, lossless data compressor based on the LZMA algorithm (debug), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install lzd-dbg
lzd-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the lzd-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep lzd-dbg *
You will get with lzd-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
