How to Install lynx software package in Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr)

lynx software package provides Text-mode WWW Browser (transitional package), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install lynx

lynx is installed in your system.

Make ensure the lynx package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep lynx *

You will get with lynx package name, version, architecture and description in a table
