lxsession-dbg software package provides default session manager for LXDE - debug package, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install lxsession-dbg
lxsession-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the lxsession-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep lxsession-dbg *
You will get with lxsession-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
