lxappearance-obconf-dbg software package provides LXDE GTK+ theme switcher (plugin - debug), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install lxappearance-obconf-dbg
lxappearance-obconf-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the lxappearance-obconf-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep lxappearance-obconf-dbg *
You will get with lxappearance-obconf-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
