$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install lua-dbi-mysql 

lua-dbi-mysql is installed in your system.

Make ensure the lua-dbi-mysql package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep lua-dbi-mysql *
