$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install lua-dbi-common 

lua-dbi-common is installed in your system.

Make ensure the lua-dbi-common package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep lua-dbi-common *

You will get with lua-dbi-common package name, version, architecture and description in a table
