lua-apr-dev software package provides Lua development files for the Apache Portable Runtime library, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install lua-apr-dev
lua-apr-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the lua-apr-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep lua-apr-dev *
You will get with lua-apr-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
