How to Install ltrsift software package in Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr)

ltrsift software package provides postprocessing and classification of LTR retrotransposons, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install ltrsift

ltrsift is installed in your system.

Make ensure the ltrsift package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep ltrsift *

You will get with ltrsift package name, version, architecture and description in a table
