love software package provides 2D game development framework based on Lua and OpenGL, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install love
love is installed in your system.
Make ensure the love package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep love *
You will get with love package name, version, architecture and description in a table
