How to Install logster software package in Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr)

logster software package provides Generate metrics from logfiles for Graphite and Ganglia, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install logster

logster is installed in your system.

Make ensure the logster package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep logster *

You will get with logster package name, version, architecture and description in a table
