licq-plugin-kde4 software package provides graphical user interface plug-in for Licq using KDE4, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install licq-plugin-kde4
licq-plugin-kde4 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the licq-plugin-kde4 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep licq-plugin-kde4 *
