libzerg0-dev software package provides development libraries and header files for libzerg, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libzerg0-dev
libzerg0-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libzerg0-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libzerg0-dev *
You will get with libzerg0-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
