libykpers-1-dev software package provides Development files for the YubiKey OTP personalization library, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libykpers-1-dev
libykpers-1-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libykpers-1-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libykpers-1-dev *
You will get with libykpers-1-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
