libyaml-appconfig-perl software package provides manage configuration files with YAML and variable references, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libyaml-appconfig-perl
libyaml-appconfig-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libyaml-appconfig-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libyaml-appconfig-perl *
You will get with libyaml-appconfig-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
