libxxf86dga-dev software package provides X11 Direct Graphics Access extension library (development headers), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libxxf86dga-dev
libxxf86dga-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libxxf86dga-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libxxf86dga-dev *
You will get with libxxf86dga-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
