libxres1-dbg software package provides X11 Resource extension library (debug package), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libxres1-dbg
libxres1-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libxres1-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libxres1-dbg *
You will get with libxres1-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
