libxpathselect1.4 software package provides Select objects in an object tree using XPath queries., you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libxpathselect1.4
libxpathselect1.4 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libxpathselect1.4 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libxpathselect1.4 *
You will get with libxpathselect1.4 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
