libxmlrpc-core-c3-dev software package provides lightweight RPC library based on XML and HTTP [C development libraries], you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libxmlrpc-core-c3-dev
libxmlrpc-core-c3-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libxmlrpc-core-c3-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libxmlrpc-core-c3-dev *
You will get with libxmlrpc-core-c3-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
