libxml-validate-perl software package provides xml validator factory, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libxml-validate-perl
libxml-validate-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libxml-validate-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libxml-validate-perl *
You will get with libxml-validate-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
