libxfce4util6 software package provides Utility functions library for Xfce4, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libxfce4util6
libxfce4util6 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libxfce4util6 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libxfce4util6 *
You will get with libxfce4util6 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
