libxcb-render-util0-dev software package provides utility libraries for X C Binding -- render-util, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libxcb-render-util0-dev
libxcb-render-util0-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libxcb-render-util0-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libxcb-render-util0-dev *
