libxcb-randr0 software package provides X C Binding, randr extension, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libxcb-randr0
libxcb-randr0 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libxcb-randr0 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libxcb-randr0 *
You will get with libxcb-randr0 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
