libx11-windowhierarchy-perl software package provides Perl module for retrieving the current X11 window hierarchy, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libx11-windowhierarchy-perl
libx11-windowhierarchy-perl is installed in your system.
