libwsutil3 software package provides network packet dissection utilities library -- shared library, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libwsutil3
libwsutil3 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libwsutil3 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libwsutil3 *
You will get with libwsutil3 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
