libwcstools0 software package provides Handle the WCS of a FITS image (shared library), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libwcstools0
libwcstools0 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libwcstools0 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libwcstools0 *
You will get with libwcstools0 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
