libwcs4 software package provides Implementation of the FITS WCS standard, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libwcs4
libwcs4 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libwcs4 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libwcs4 *
You will get with libwcs4 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
