libvorbisfile3 software package provides The Vorbis General Audio Compression Codec (High Level API), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libvorbisfile3
libvorbisfile3 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libvorbisfile3 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libvorbisfile3 *
You will get with libvorbisfile3 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
