libvbr-dev software package provides Headers and development libraries for the OpenDKIM VBR library, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libvbr-dev
libvbr-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libvbr-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libvbr-dev *
You will get with libvbr-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
