libvar-pairs-perl software package provides Perl module implementing iterators and pair constructors for variables, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libvar-pairs-perl
libvar-pairs-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libvar-pairs-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libvar-pairs-perl *
You will get with libvar-pairs-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
