How to uninstall or remove libusb-1.0-0-udeb software package from Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr)

You can uninstall or removes an installed libusb-1.0-0-udeb package itself from Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) through the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get remove libusb-1.0-0-udeb

Uninstall libusb-1.0-0-udeb including dependent package

If you would like to remove libusb-1.0-0-udeb and it's dependent packages which are no longer needed from Ubuntu,

$ sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libusb-1.0-0-udeb

Use Purging libusb-1.0-0-udeb

If you use with purge options to libusb-1.0-0-udeb package all the configuration and dependent packages will be removed.

$ sudo apt-get purge libusb-1.0-0-udeb

If you use purge options along with auto remove, will be removed everything regarding the package, It's really useful when you want to reinstall again.

$ sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libusb-1.0-0-udeb
