libupse2 software package provides unix playstation sound emulator - library, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libupse2
libupse2 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libupse2 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libupse2 *
You will get with libupse2 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
