libups-nut-perl software package provides network UPS tools - Perl bindings for NUT server, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libups-nut-perl
libups-nut-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libups-nut-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libups-nut-perl *
You will get with libups-nut-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
