libunwind8-dev software package provides library to determine the call-chain of a program - development, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libunwind8-dev
libunwind8-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libunwind8-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libunwind8-dev *
You will get with libunwind8-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
